Differnce between Assets and Liabilities

Dear Friends this this is that what I understand from My Finicial Guru Mr. Robert

The Assets are

1) Real Estate
2) Intellectual Property
3) Stocks
4) Bonds

and Liabilities are

1) Credit Cards
2) Comsumer Loanes
3) Mortages

We purchase liabilites and we think it as assets , we treat our home as primary asset
insted of income generating assets. Like that we strugle for proper finicial state
